Imbali Alumni Association is a non-profit organization, which focuses on youth development aspects pertaining to education and sports programs for previously disadvantaged communities in underprivileged areas. The organization designs comprehensive programs which will assist pupils ranging from pre-primary through to high school.

The education programs include but are not limited to career guidance workshops, extra-tutorial lessons in different subjects, reading programs, spelling bees, computer skills training, financial literacy and mentorship of learners. The sports programs will see a systematic introduction of rugby, cricket, netball, football, hockey and athletics. Different sporting codes will be offered in each term throughout the entire schooling year.

In terms of delivering these services to the schooling community, IAA has sourced tertiary students from DUT, UKZN, & TVET Colleges, who will work on a voluntary basis as subject tutors and sports coaches. This grants students a form of work experience while giving back to a worthy cause in their community. Furthermore, the upcoming generation will benefit greatly from these programs.
